Published by atlfreestyle under Work at home Edit This

Pennies 2 Dollars is the name of my blog.  I have shared so many ways to help you save money.  I have also found several deals on items and services.  My blog will have ways to make money and save money.  This is not your traditional blog where I get on everyday and ramble.  I try and post relevant links and useful information.  I also try and keep my posts short.  I hate reading long articles, so I don’t post this way.   I try and post on current info as well.  If you have items or websites you would like me to post about, feel free to leave a comment with your e-mail and we can talk.  If you have a way to make or save money I will blog about it!!!

Begin saving today with an energy-efficient heat pump.

A good investment in durability
You can’t beat a heat pump for durability. In fact, heat pumps last an average of 20 years in the Southeast United States.

Added flexibility when building a home
A heat pump gives you more design flexibility when building your home. Since there are no flames or fumes, you won’t have to add flues or vent pipes that waste valuable closet and storage space. And because there are no flues, you’ll have more choices in where to locate the indoor part of your heat pump system.

working for ChaCha, update

Published by atlfreestyle under Work at home Edit This

chacha.jpgHello readers,

It has been a while since I have posted about working for ChaCha updates.  ChaCha has been pretty busy lately.  Almost every time I sign on there are back to back questions.  This is great.  This makes me want to work more.  There is nothing worse than signing on to work and there are tumbleweeds flying around, ha ha ha!  I know ChaCha has been advertising and this is great for us guides.  I do have to say I like the new pay rates.  For me it averages out to $0.15 per question.  Lots of people think the new pay rating is bad, but not me.  I think the changes ChaCha keeps making is good.  I am all for change.  It is good and keeps people on their toes.  When the same thing happens day after day people lose motivation.  Also by making changes ChaCha will keep all guides happy.  It seems each change affects a new group of people.  This is a good cycle.  As far as I know ChaCha is still not hiring, but they can open it up at anytime.  If you have never tried texting ChaCha do it today.  It is free if you have a texting plan.  All you do is text any question to 242242, this spells ChaCha on your phone.

Work from home forum

Published by atlfreestyle under Work at home Edit This

wplh-50.gifI just started visiting, again, a work from home forum, Work Place Like Home .  This is a great little place to visit.  There are several hundred people on here.  This is a place where people post about work from home jobs.  Most of the posts have been researched by admins and experienced by the poster.  It is a very neat place.  I used to be addicted to this site, but I got away from it when I started working for ChaCha.  Last night I started posting on this site again.  The people on this site are nice and genuine.  The cool thing about this place is that they have folders and topics all organized.  It is at least worth taking a quick peek at this forum.  You can use this place as a way to verify companies and get others opinions and advice.  You can also meet people from your state.  This to me was the coolest thing about this site.  There are boards made for mommies to talk, places for people to share coupons and money saving tips, and just a place to spout random babble.  But it really focuses on real work at home jobs.  Why not take a peek and if you find a job that is a bonus.  Good luck and have a great weekend all!

Thanks for the website banners and flyers!

Published by atlfreestyle under Work at home Edit This

cropped-banner-50.jpg

Just want to give a big thanks to the author of Convention Fans. She has been so wonderful.  She has helped me with flyers and banners.  I am not creative when it comes to artsy stuff.  She has done all the banners for my blogs and created all my flyers for my kids consignment shop that is about to open.  I knew there are still nice people in this world.  The world can be a better place one person at a time.  People have got to get back to being nice.  Check out Convention Fans blog and read the interesting posts.  I also added this blog to my blogroll.  If you want to view the flyers and banners check em out here and here.

This goes out to all my fellow Today.com friends, lets stick together and help each other out.  If there is something you can do to help another, please do it.  And I will send this offer out, if there is something I can do to help you, please comment and I will see what I can do for you.  Peace and love!

Kids Consignment shop getting ready to open

Published by atlfreestyle under Work at home Edit This

Well it is about time.  I am in the final weeks of preparation.  I am so excited.  The Infant, kids, maternity consignment shop in Lawrenceville, GA is about to open.

Before and After Babies Consignment is the name of my shop.  This has been a lot of work, but it has been worth it so far.  I am reaching out to the community of Gwinnett County and asking if anyone has items they would like to consign, please be in contact with me.  I will take clothing from sizes newborn up to age 10 in big kids sizes.  I need shoes, games, toys, books, learning/educational items, and whatever else you can think of.  For babies I need cribs, strollers, exersaucers, slings, changing tables, mobiles, toys, bumbo seats, high chairs and whatever else you can think of.  Babies and kids need lots of things.  The beauty of this is that they don’t use them for long periods of time and so the items can stay in pretty good shape.  And to all you expecting mommies out there I plan to have maternity clothing, bras, back supports, rockers, and whatever else you can think of that will make you comfortable!  I look forward to hearing back from you all.  Thanks for being a loyal reader.  Enjoy this happy hump day~
